Urban-trend.co.in continue work towards protecting our customer’s interests & strive hard to satisfy your needs with our friendly customer services. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

 Cancellation policy
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season.
Please email the order cancellation requests to urbantrend.co.in@gmail.com If order is canceled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method, you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 days.

What is urban-trend.co.in Return Policy?

Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and exchange for:

  • Products which Different From mention / Showing on Website.
  • Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition
  • Products not as per description/photo on the website.
  • you need to share opening video of product for proof that you received wrong product or defected product received

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels.

Disputes registered after Stipulated time we are unable to Accept Refund or Return.We are not entairtain beyond Refund Policy keep always in mind.

Note: Items falling under following categories can't be return

What is process for Return Product?

You can raise a dispute within 24hrs  of delivery.

Customer can return a defective product within 2 days. of delivery

Customer has to self courier to our shipper address within 2 days of delivery and need to share return courier receipt to us within 2 days of delivery date

Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or not : -

For a return, customer needs to raise query through Email  within 24 Hrs  of the received product,

  • If a customer wants to return the product, in any case, they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse  urban-trend.co.in will not bear the courier charges.
  • As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. customer also get notification by SMS in register mobile number after we will transfer amount to wallet/bank after deducting our forward courier charge Rs 150 /-
  • Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered product.
  • Product can be Replace only when we receive back at our ware house.
  • We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item
  • We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations
  • No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.
  • Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.
  • WHY HAS MY RETURN REQUEST BEEN DECLINED?

    This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
